[40%] Coordinate and facilitate communication within the International and 3PL Distribution Network

  • Partners with DC leadership to prepare/ publish weekly agendas for DC updates, follows up and drives action items
  • Partners with DC Leadership on prep/format/scheduling of quarterly MBRs
  • Engage in problem solving, project management, and cross-functional solution development

[30%] Lead positive change by providing tier 1, 2, &3 project supports for Retail, Operations, Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management and related IT systems relating to International team

  • Partner with cross functional leaders on initiatives, including but not limited to: Order Management & Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, Sales, Retail
  • Demonstrate leadership by engaging and working with internal and external resources to develop high-level reporting, meeting agendas and project timelines, and action items

[30%] Effectively communicate & present to all tiers of the organization

  • Assimilate findings and recommendations for presentation to leadership
  • Prepare weekly, monthly presentations & status updates

- No direct reports but may lead various project teams

- Maintains DC Financial analytical tools

- Partners with DC Finance and DC leaders on all budget and E analytics and reporting

- Domestic travel required - up to 15% (with the potential of international travel)

Experience and Skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc…), with advanced Excel and analytical skills.

- Understanding of childrens apparel product, garment and/or fabric manufacturing

- Project management skills including Process Mapping using Visio and reporting using Excel

- Must be possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage shifting priorities on multiple concurrent projects while maintaining deadlines

- Candidate must be self-motivated with a drive to make a positive impact, with focus and attention to detail

- Bachelors degree required

- 2-4 years of supply chain experience preferred

- Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Skills

- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities

- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive

- Ability to work independently and with others

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
