  • Responsible for working with the buying team to merchandise product and for the day to day maintenance of the eCommerce site
  • Execute site refreshes, manage new product flows
  • In partnership with assistant buyers, support price changes to align with weekly promotional cadence and business needs, including markdowns and ad hoc analysis
  • Weekly homepage, landing page refreshes - merchandise shops, collections and product categories: utilize selling and customer navigation reports to optimize product presentation and shop setup
  • Serve as merchandising contact for refreshes - check and send correct links, correct site issues
  • Push monthly product flow live: accurately assign all products to correct navigation and manage corresponding data - Price, product name, product copy, complete the look
  • Responsible for product accuracy on site - work with photo coordinator and copywriters to ensure photo and copy match actual inventoried product; ensure all inventory is sellable and troubleshoot problem styles and stocked not live
  • Assist with product samples (receiving/ unpacking and organizing samples, photo shoot sample management, request of missing samples), especially for licensed goods
  • Be the main point of contact for DC in receipting goods, especially licensed product
  • Maintain competitor 'look book' - capture weekly snapshots or promotions, homepages, and emails
  • Execute product level promotions
  • Create and manage outfit and gifting bundles
  • Work with Ecommerce team to upload style level information into system
  • Help Assistant Buyer compile and send weekly price files
  • Assist with monthly navigation assignment
  • Assist with purchase order management by keying & modifying orders, maintaining order logs, communicating to customer service, and monitoring order levels)
  • Generate reporting to include sales and inventory reports, productivity reports, excess reports, best/worst selling reports, promo reports, and ad hoc requests
  • Support with seasonal buy preparation, including line structure, historical reporting, buy review set-up and take-down
  • Special Projects as assigned (examples: productivity analysis, market research, lab setup, ad hoc analysis, trend analysis)
  • Shadow merchandise analysts, assistant planners, and site coordinators to better understand the retail merchandising structure
Experience and Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical, strategic, strong communication, organized
  • Ability to multi task, detail oriented, flexible
  • Recent graduate
  • 0-1 years retail industry/eCommerce experience required
