  • Develop and maintain test plans
  • Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts
  • Execute test cases based on the phase of testing (functional, system, integration, etc.)
  • Ensure required documentation for projects is developed
  • Documentation of defects in tracking system
  • Communicate effectively and timely with customers, team members, and management regarding the status of test case execution
  • Ensure that testing deliverables are completed within defined schedule and budget
  • Update or write documentation as necessary (requirements, AS Is Processes)
Experience and Skills
  • 1+ years experience in IT or Quality Assurance testing
  • Experience testing IT systems and applications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Eager to learn
  • Open-minded to changes and processes
  • Willing to express ideas as well as listen
  • Ability to work independently with some direction from QA Lead, QA Manager or Project Manager
  • Wrong written and verbal communication skills
